In Richmond, VT a pursuit is in progress. This is a 45-minute compilation of Chief's dashcam footage and officer body cams when, during this high speed pursuit, the Chief feels "the walls closing in". He pulls to the side of the road and goes into cardiac arrest. Officer's franticly call for an AED. Unknown to them for almost seven minutes, there is one in the Chief's car at scene. It happens that the paramedic responding from too far away had just checked out that unit and informed the other officers on scene of its availability. They shock twice before ambulance arrives.

This is an amazing story of survival and the best argument possible for why all patrol units should carry an AED!
